The co-op provide affordable accomodation for young, single people on low incomes and in housing need. It is a general needs housing association. Tenants must aged 18-30 and not have any dependants. Accomodation is in one seven bed shared house in St Phillips, Bristol which is owned by Solon South West Housing Association. Tenants are expected to take responsibility for management of their housing by means of monthly Ordinary General Meetings. There is a co-op support worker to help and to provide guidance in this.
